Referent Risikocontrolling und Banksteuerung (m/w/d)
Für unseren Mandanten, einem renommierten Bankhaus in der Jade-Weser-Region, suchen wir eine/n Referenten/in Risikocontrolling und Banksteuerung (m/w/d) in unbefristeter Festanstellung.
Aufgaben
- Identifikation, Bewertung und laufende Beobachtung relevanter Risikoarten innerhalb der Bank (z. B. Adressrisiken, Marktpreisrisiken, Liquiditätsrisiken und operationelle Risiken)
- Mitwirkung bei der regelmäßigen Überprüfung der Risikosituation sowie Weiterentwicklung bestehender Steuerungsansätze
- Aufbereitung aussagekräftiger Entscheidungsgrundlagen für Geschäftsleitung und Gremien
- Durchführung von Analysen zur Beurteilung außergewöhnlicher Markt- und Unternehmensentwicklungen
- Beratung der Führungsebene bei Fragestellungen rund um wirtschaftliche Steuerung, Risikotragfähigkeit und Unternehmensentwicklung
- Optimierung bestehender Arbeitsabläufe sowie Entwicklung wirksamer Kontroll- und Überwachungsinstrumente
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Fachbereichen sowie Abstimmung mit Wirtschaftsprüfern und externen Partnern
Qualifikation
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Finanz- oder Bankwesen, gern ergänzt durch eine fachspezifische Qualifikation oder ein wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium
- Berufserfahrung im Bereich Risikomanagement, Unternehmenssteuerung oder Risikocontrolling eines Finanzinstituts
- Analytisches Denkvermögen und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich aufzubereiten
- Kenntnisse regulatorischer Anforderungen und aufsichtsrechtlicher Rahmenbedingungen (MaRisk)
- Sicherer Umgang mit relevanten Steuerungs- und Auswertungsinstrumenten und bankspezifischen Controlling - Tools
- Selbstständige, sorgfältige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie ein hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
