Ein neues Konzept, ein neuer Standort, echte unternehmerische Gestaltung von Beginn an. Für unseren Kunden, die Unterberger Gruppe, suchen wir für die Eröffnung von KAISERS – Café · Bistro · Markt in Kiefersfelden eine unternehmerisch denkende Betriebsleitung, die den Standort mit Gesamtverantwortung aufbaut und führt.
Aufgaben
Dein Verantwortungsbereich:
- Operative Gesamtverantwortung für Café, Bistro, Markt und Shop
- Aufbau des Standorts von der Eröffnung an
- Aufbau, Führung und Entwicklung eines Teams von rund 15 Mitarbeitenden
- Eigenständiges Recruiting des Teams gemeinsam mit dem Unternehmen
- Verantwortung für Umsatz, Kosten und Ergebnis
- Leitung des integrierten Shops als wesentlicher Umsatztreiber
- Kontinuierliche Optimierung aller Betriebsabläufe und Weiterentwicklung des Standorts
Qualifikation
Das bringst du mit:
- Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung in Gastronomie, Hotellerie oder Lebensmitteleinzelhandel
- Unternehmerisches Denken und ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis
- Hands-on-Mentalität, Umsetzungsstärke und Teamgeist
- Gaststättenrechtliche Qualifikation (Befähigungsnachweis Gastgewerbe) für Deutschland von Vorteil
- Erfahrung mit modernen Gastronomie- oder Handelskonzepten von Vorteil
