Buchhalter / Assistenz im Rechnungswesen (m/w/d) - Teilzeit oder Minijob

Zur Unterstützung unseres Teams suchen wir einen erfahrenen Mitarbeiter im Bereich Buchhaltung / Rechnungswesen (m/w/d), der unsere Finanzprozesse zuverlässig begleitet und für eine strukturierte Dokumentation sorgt.
Aufgaben
- Verwaltung von Eingangs- und Ausgangsrechnungen
- Prüfung und strukturierte Ablage von Rechnungen und Belegen
- Pflege und Dokumentation unserer Buchhaltungsunterlagen
- Vorbereitung von Unterlagen für Steuerberater und Finanzbuchhaltung
- Unterstützung bei laufenden Buchhaltungsthemen
- Überwachung offener Rechnungen und Abstimmung relevanter Vorgänge
- Sicherstellung sauberer und nachvollziehbarer Prozesse im Rechnungswesen
- Unterstützung bei der Optimierung interner Abläufe rund um Finanzen und Administration
Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Buchhaltung, Rechnungswesen, Accounting oder Finanzwesen
- Sicherer Umgang mit Rechnungen, Belegen und buchhalterischen Abläufen
- Sehr strukturierte, sorgfältige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
- Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
- Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Steuerberatern
- Sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Tools und Dokumentenmanagement-Systemen
