Umsetzung aller für die Fertigung relevanten Vorgaben (intern + extern), wie Herstellmethoden, Richtlinien zur Betriebs- und Personalhygiene, UVV- und EU-Richtlinien
Sicherstellung des effizienten Produktionsablaufs, insbesondere im Hinblick auf Linienlauf, Personal- und Materialeinsatz
Abwicklung der Outbound-Logistik nach Vorgabe
Führung, Weiterentwicklung und Motivation der Teams im Bereich
Weiterentwicklung des Bereichs durch die Anwendung und des Trainings der Mitarbeiter innerhalb unseres kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozesses
Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Schnittstellen-Bereichen in der Produktion, mit der Technik sowie den Servicebereichen
interne sowie bereichsübergreifende Projektarbeit
Bestimmungsgemäßer Umgang mit Gefahrstoffen, Schmiermittel, Reinigungsmittel, usw.
Sicherstellen, dass die für die Fertigung relevanten Spezifikationen und Vorgaben (z.B. Füllgewichte, Restsauerstoff, usw.) bekannt sind und eingehalten werden
Bewerten von Abweichungen und Einleiten von Maßnahmen zur Korrektur oder Verwendungsentscheidung
Unterstützung der Produktionsleitung bei der Entwicklung von Konzepten und Projekten
Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Fleischtechniker (m/w/d), Industriemeister (m/w/d) Fachrichtung Lebensmitteltechnik, Lebensmittelverarbeitungstechniker (m/w/d)
Idealerweise mehrere Jahre Berufspraxis sowie erste Führungserfahrung
Zuverlässigkeit, sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit
Selbstständige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
Gute interpersonelle Kompetenz
Handlungs- und Entscheidungskompetenz
