Wir suchen Dich als Founder's Associate (m/w/d) zur direkten Unterstützung unseres Teams beim Aufbau neuer Märkte. Im Fokus steht unsere internationale Expansion nach BENELUX und nach UK. Du bekommst tiefe Einblicke ins Business Development eines wachsenden E-Commerce-Unternehmens und arbeitest an Themen, die direkt auf dem Tisch der Gründer landen.
Wir sind GENTLEMEN'S, ein Startup aus Heidelberg, das seit 2020 den Markt für Männermode unsicher macht. Da wir stark wachsen, suchen wir neue Talente für unser Team, die motiviert sind, mit uns die E-Commerce Brand Gentlemen's international zu positionieren.
Aufgaben
Deine Aufgaben drehen sich um die internationale Expansion nach BENELUX und nach UK. Du unterstützt uns dabei sowohl strategisch als auch operativ: Von der ersten Recherche bis zur Umsetzung.
- Du recherchierst neue Märkte, Vertriebspartner und Marktplätze für BENELUX, Schweiz und UK und analysierst den Wettbewerb.
- Du unterstützt operativ bei Markteintritts-Projekten, z. B. beim Onboarding neuer Partner und Marktplätze.
- Du arbeitest eng mit den Decision-Makern zusammen und bereitest Entscheidungsvorlagen und Reportings vor.
- Du übernimmst als Associate flexibel unterschiedlichste Aufgaben – mal Recherche, mal operative Umsetzung, mal Koordination.
- Du bringst eigene Ideen ein und siehst direkt, welchen Impact deine Arbeit auf das Wachstum von GENTLEMEN'S hat.
Qualifikation
- Fließende Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
- Interesse an internationaler Expansion, E-Commerce und Startup-Umfeld
- Analytisches Denken sowie eine strukturierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
- Hands-on-Mentalität und Eigeninitiative
- Erfahrungen im E-Commerce und Business Development von Vorteil
