Product Operations Manager
About MealSuite
MealSuite builds end-to-end foodservice technology for healthcare and senior living organizations. Our mission is to help care teams deliver better dining experiences with less effort. We’re a fast-growing team working on meaningful problems that directly impact patient and resident care.
About the Role
We are seeking a Product Operations Manager to help standardize and scale how MealSuite’s Product organization operates. Product operates as three distinct pillars, and this role is the newly created owner of consistency, efficiency, and trust across them, you'll drive process improvements end-to-end, from diagnosing gaps to driving adoption, while serving as the connective tissue between Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Experience.
This is a highly autonomous role suited to someone who thrives without a defined playbook, is energized by ambiguity, and is ready to build the standards, processes, and trust.
What You’ll Do
- Identify process gaps and own the fix end-to-end, diagnosis through adoption, including change management and communications
- Design and continuously improve outcome-based processes for intake, execution, and release, partnering with Agile Delivery on release planning, and prove it’s working with data
- Serve as the connective tissue between Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Experience, keeping release schedules and roadmaps clear, honest, and measurable
- Standardize how feature requests and customer feedback flow to the right teams, and champion consistent workflows across Product, holding the line on adoption, not just documentation
- Build the metrics and reporting that give leadership a real-time view of product health.
- Leverage AI to accelerate and automate product workflows, reducing friction for Product Managers and Product Owners
What You Bring
- 3–6 years in Product Operations, Product Management, Program Management, or a closely related field, with a track record of designing processes that were actually adopted and drove measurable improvement
- Proven change management experience, communicating the why, driving buy-in, and ensuring adoption, not just defining what should change
- Comfortable analyzing data to make recommendations, with OKR framework and project health reporting experience
- Strong, clear communicator who thrives without close direction or a defined intake process to lean on
- Familiarity with PM tools like Jira/ProductBoard, and AI tools like Claude Cowork, are a plus; direct SaaS/product experience is helpful but not required
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Unlimited paid time off – we trust our employees to create balance
- Retirement savings support – employer retirement contribution programs
- Health benefits – comprehensive medical, dental, vision, life, and disability coverage from day one
- Hybrid flexibility – balance in-person collaboration with remote work
- Career development opportunities – we invest in your long-term growth
- Opportunity to build the standards and processes that shape how our entire Product organization operates
- Purpose-driven work that directly improves dining experiences and quality of care
Compensation:
$90,300 – $105,000 CAD / $112,200 – $120,000 USD
