- Koordination von Bewerbungsgesprächen und Kommunikation mit Kandidatinnen und Kandidaten
- Unterstützung beim Onboarding neuer Praktikantinnen, Praktikanten und Mitarbeitender
- Mitwirkung an Employer-Branding-Maßnahmen und Social-Media-Inhalten
- Unterstützung bei der Organisation von Teamveranstaltungen, Workshops und internen Aktivitäten
- Eigenständige Verantwortung für ein individuelles HR-Projekt während des Praktikums
- Du studierst derzeit Personalmanagement, Betriebswirtschaft, Psychologie, Kommunikation, Sozialwissenschaften, Wirtschaftsrecht oder ein verwandtes Fach.
- Du interessierst dich besonders für Recruiting, Personalentwicklung, Employer Branding, Unternehmenskultur oder internationales Business.
- Du bist freundlich, kommunikativ, zuverlässig, organisiert und lernbereit.
- Du arbeitest gerne mit unterschiedlichen Menschen zusammen.
- Du verstehst die Bedeutung eines verantwortungsvollen Umgangs mit vertraulichen Informationen.
- Du achtest sorgfältig auf Details und hältst deine Zusagen zuverlässig ein.
- Du kannst mehrere Aufgaben gleichzeitig organisieren und Fristen zuverlässig einhalten.
- Du kannst selbstständig arbeiten und bringst gerne eigene Ideen ein.
- Du kannst in Teilzeit vor Ort in Berlin arbeiten.
- Du verfügst über sehr gute schriftliche und mündliche Englischkenntnisse.

- Support the planning and execution of recruitment campaigns
- Create and publish job advertisements across job boards and university platforms
- Review and organize incoming applications
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates
- Support the onboarding of new interns and employees
- Contribute to employer-branding and social media content
- Help organize team events, workshops, and internal activities
- Take ownership of an individual HR project during the internship
- You are currently studying human resources, business, psychology, communications, social sciences, business law, or a related subject.
- You have a strong interest in recruitment, people development, employer branding, company culture, or international business.
- You are friendly, communicative, dependable, organized, and willing to learn.
- You enjoy working with different types of people.
- You understand the importance of handling confidential information responsibly.
- You pay close attention to detail and follow through on commitments.
- You can organize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- You are comfortable working independently and suggesting new ideas.
- You are available to work part-time on-site in Berlin.
- You have strong written and spoken English.
