About the Job Drive end-to-end supply planning, inventory optimization and replenishment execution to ensure optimal product availability for the Singapore Fragrance & Beauty market, supporting business growth, service-level targets and inventory objectives. Develop supply plans aligned with demand forecasts and business priorities to maintain healthy inventory levels while minimizing stock-out, excess and aging inventory risks. Provide data-driven visibility of supply constraints, inventory risks and replenishment opportunities. Partner with Demand Planning and Global/Regional/Local Supply Chain teams to secure inventory allocations and ensure a timely, stable flow of products into the market as well as on-time Campaign launches.

As a Supply Planning & Inventory Management professional, you will play a critical role in ensuring the right products are available at the right place and time across the Singapore Fragrance & Beauty market. Through strategic supply planning, inventory optimization, and cross-functional collaboration, you will support business growth, drive operational excellence, and deliver exceptional service levels while maintaining healthy inventory performance.

Purchase Order Validation & Supply Planning

Own Purchase Order validation through the M2M Global tool, balancing POS inventory, VM requirements, product lifecycle status and supply constraints. Develop and maintain supply plans aligned with demand forecasts, commercial priorities, inventory targets and CSR objectives. Partner with Global and Regional Supply Chain teams to secure inventory allocations and prioritize critical supply requirements. Evaluate supply and inventory projections, proactively mitigating stock-out, excess, aging inventory and service risks. Collaborate with Demand Planner to align replenishment decisions with forecast changes and business priorities. Monitor inbound supply flow, escalating risks and driving recovery actions to ensure product availability. Monitor campaign readiness and communicate risks at least one month before launch, partnering with Marketing and Retail to adjust plans when needed.

Omnichannel Supply Planning (Selling, Testers, Samples) and Inventory Management (all)

Drive Local market supply planning across 4 channels – Chanel Standalone Boutique, Ecommerce, Department stores and Travel Retail Design supply allocation & local quota management by Channel/Point of Sales to ensure best service in stores, in situations of supply shortage and for new product introductions Coordinate with Regional teams and Local Distribution Centre (DC) to secure supply, manage shipment issues and minimize launch risks. Align and communicate supply allocation and quota with business leadership and ensure transparency to entire team on supply status, risks and mitigation options, leveraging S&OP process Drive inventory optimization to achieve target service levels while maintaining healthy inventory coverage and working capital efficiency. Monitor key inventory metrics, including aging, excess, slow-moving and obsolescence. Identify inventory risks and implement mitigation plans in collaboration with Finance, DC, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Replenishments to POS & POS Inventory Management

Drive replenishment planning and inventory optimization across assigned channels to maximize product availability, service levels and stock productivity. Monitor POS inventory performance and proactively execute stock rebalancing, returns, and inventory redistribution activities to address supply gaps and optimize sell-through. Handles all channels selling items orders in ERP, driving compliance to agreed replenishment frequencies and distribution center cut-off times. Manage and refine replenishment parameters based on inventory, sales and demand trends to maintain healthy inventory levels and support inventory objectives. Partner with Retail teams to ensure effective replenishment execution, product availability, and achievement of Net Sales and channel performance targets. Collaborate with Marketing to support campaign readiness through inventory planning, sell-in execution, and product availability for launches and promotional activities.

Performance Management & Continuous Improvement

Monitor and report key supply chain KPIs, including Service Level, POS Availability, Inventory Coverage, CSR and inventory write-off performance. Analyze root causes of supply, inventory, and service issues, driving corrective and preventive actions. Manage continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning effectiveness, replenishment efficiency, inventory visibility, and operational excellence. Maintain robust planning assumptions, processes and documentation to support operational excellence and decision-making.

Additional Responsibilities

Support timely approvals for all Office requests and SPM orders via online tool Assist with local product registration processes prior to launch Manage stock-related activities, including Product Quality enquiries with Global, product recalls/destructions, Anti-Diversion submissions, Local inspections follow-up with Retail and Legal, monthly staff sales, and quarterly staff allowance product listing preparation and uploads Manage product activation in systems, including product code creation, and mapping for Eyewear and SLG Palm Handle Coupa requests on behalf of the Product team.

  • 5 years’ experience in in Supply Planning, Inventory Management or a related field.
  • Strong business acumen and commercial mindset.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and drive cross-functional collaboration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Agile and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP and planning systems is an advantage.
