<p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">The People function at Capital on Tap covers People, Talent, and People Ops, and this role reports directly to our CEO. It sits at the heart of our biggest bet: that talent density and an AI-first operating model are what take us from 200,000 customers to 1 million. Your job is to raise the talent level across the business, build the capability to consistently attract and land exceptional people, and help lead our shift to an AI-first organisation.</span></p>
