Director - Novated Leasing & Salary Packaging

As our Novated Leasing & Salary Packaging business continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced business leader to take ownership of one of our most important business verticals. This is an opportunity to influence the future direction of the business, lead a high-performing team and build lasting partnerships with some of Australia's largest organisations.

The Opportunity

As the Director, Novated Leasing & Salary Packaging, you'll have accountability for one of FleetPartners' key business verticals. This is an opportunity to lead a business - not just a function - shaping strategy, driving commercial and operational performance, and delivering sustainable growth for our customers, partners and business.

Working closely with stakeholders across the organisation, you'll foster collaboration across multiple functions while acting as the senior client-facing representative for our largest customers.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

• Lead the performance of the Novated Leasing & Salary Packaging business, balancing commercial success with operational excellence.
• Own the strategy, execution and continuous improvement of the business, ensuring sustainable growth, profitability and outstanding customer outcomes.
• Drive collaboration across Sales, Operations, Customer Experience, Technology and Finance to achieve shared business objectives.
• Act as the senior client-facing representative, building trusted relationships with key customers, partners and stakeholders.
• Identify and execute opportunities to strengthen our market position through innovation, partnerships and business development.
• Inspire and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.

About you:

You're an experienced business leader with deep expertise in the Novated Leasing industry and a proven track record of leading a business function. Combining commercial acumen with operational excellence, you build strong relationships, influence at all levels and deliver sustainable business growth.

• Proven success driving both commercial performance and operational excellence.

• Experience leading high-performing teams and driving organisational change.
