Als parttime verkoper bieden wij jou:
- Als verkoper verdien je een salaris van €17,79 per uur;
- Een mooie extra bonus wanneer jij jouw salesdoelstelling haalt;
- Flexibele werkdagen en tijden met focus op de weekenden;
- 100% reiskostenvergoeding wanneer je met het OV reist, en € 0,23 netto en € 0,085 bruto per kilometer indien je met eigen vervoer reist;
- Diverse sales- en producttrainingen gericht op jouw persoonlijke ontwikkeling;
- Doorgroeimogelijkheden binnen de organisatie. Denk hierbij aan functies als fulltime verkoper, fieldcoach of field accountmanager.
Wat doet een parttime verkoper:
Als verkoper ga je aan de slag voor Microsoft in de Media Markt Groningen. In de Media Markt Groningen werk je binnen jouw eigen shop-in-shop. Door goed te luisteren naar de consument weet je tijdens een gesprek de behoefte in kaart te brengen. Met enthousiasme adviseer je hen over de producten, en waarom deze perfect bij hen passen. Het is jouw doel om zoveel mogelijk consumenten blij te maken met een mooi product van Microsoft!

Producttraining:
Voordat je van start kunt gaan in de winkel volg je een training. Deze training, verdeeld over twee volledig betaalde werkdagen vinden plaats in augustus. Tijdens deze dagen wordt je getraind in productkennis en verkoopvaardigheden. De training is een belangrijk onderdeel van je inwerkproces en is essentieel om met de werkzaamheden te starten.
