Graphic Designer
DESCRIPTION;
This digitally-led beauty brand has built a strong reputation for combining luxury beauty, smart design and modern storytelling. With a highly engaged community and a constant flow of new product launches, campaigns and content, the creative team plays a central role in shaping how the brand shows up across every touchpoint.
They are looking for a Graphic Designer to join their in-house team in Central London. This is a digital-first design role for someone with a strong eye for art direction, typography, layout, cropping and visual hierarchy, and who is excited by creating work that feels elevated, contemporary and culturally relevant.
The focus is on campaigns, social, digital and e-commerce, with some exposure to print and packaging where needed.
Responsibilities;
Designing digital campaign assets across social, e-commerce, CRM and paid channels
Creating elevated layouts, crops and visual systems that feel premium and current
Supporting art direction across launches, seasonal campaigns and brand moments
Working closely with marketing, social and creative teams to bring ideas to life
Ensuring consistency across multiple digital touchpoints while maintaining a fresh and engaging visual approach
Supporting print and packaging projects when required
Experience;
A strong portfolio demonstrating digital and campaign-led design thinking
Excellent understanding of typography, composition, visual hierarchy and image selection
Experience designing for beauty, fashion, wellness, lifestyle or other premium consumer brands
A refined aesthetic with work that feels elevated, fresh and contemporary
Strong understanding of social-first and e-commerce design
Confident collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced brand environment
Print and packaging experience would be a nice bonus, but the priority is a designer with strong digital and campaign sensibility
