Gestionnaire clientèle assurance Aigle 50%-70%
Date d’entrée en fonction : Dès que possible
Au sein d’une équipe, vous serez responsable de gérer un portefeuille de clients dédiés. Vous suivrez les changements de domicile de nos habitants de la région d’Aigle et traiterez leurs polices d’assurance mobilier et bâtiment. Très à l’aise dans l’utilisation des outils informatiques, ces compétences vous seront essentielles pour mettre à jour les mutations de nos clients dans notre base de données informatiques.
Votre profil ?
Vous êtes titulaire d’un CFC d’employé(e) de commerce ou d’un titre jugé équivalent et bénéficiez de quelques années d’expérience dans le domaine administratif ou dans le secteur des assurances. La détention du certificat AFA constitue un atout apprécié. À l’aise avec les outils informatiques, vous maîtrisez parfaitement leur utilisation au quotidien et faites preuve d’aisance devant un ordinateur.
La connaissance de langues étrangères est un plus, vous permettant d’évoluer avec aisance dans un contexte professionnel diversifié.
Doté(e) d’un solide sens des responsabilités, vous êtes orienté(e) clients et accordez une grande importance à la qualité du service fourni. Vous appréciez le travail en équipe, contribuez activement à une collaboration harmonieuse et savez faire preuve de fiabilité et de rigueur dans l’exécution de vos missions.
Vous souhaitez évoluer dans un environnement stimulant où professionnalisme et esprit d’équipe sont les maîtres mots.
Les horaires de travail sont de 8h15 par jour à effectuer de manière flexible entre 6h00 et 20h00. Des permanences sont à assurer au sein de l’agence, en tournus avec vos collègues, afin d’assurer un service client optimal (8h00 - 12h15 - 13h30 - 17h00).
