Compiti
• Ricerca diretta di candidati per telefono, WhatsApp e tramite portali
• Costruzione e gestione della longlist sulle zone target
• Colloqui conoscitivi e qualifica dei profili
• Contatti con filiali di agenzie per il lavoro e reti locali
• Accompagnamento dei candidati fino al colloquio con l’azienda
Requisiti
• Madrelingua italiana, tedesco almeno buono
• Residenza in Alto Adige o in Trentino — conosci davvero il territorio
• Esperienza con profili operai e tecnici: produzione, turnisti, manutenzione. Non IT recruiting
• Preferisci telefonare che scrivere, e reggi volumi di contatto elevati
• Conoscenza del mondo della somministrazione, idealmente maturata in filiale
• Partita IVA attiva o disponibilità ad aprirla
