<p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">About The Team:</span></strong><br>As the Senior Site Services Manager, you will lead all aspects of facilities and maintenance operations across the site, ensuring a safe, efficient, and high-performing environment. You'll oversee building and equipment maintenance, contractor and vendor relationships, budgets, and compliance, while driving continuous improvement and operational excellence. Leading a team of Facilities colleagues, you'll inspire high performance, deliver against key KPIs and objectives, and ensure the site operates to the highest standards of safety, quality, and cost-effectiveness.</p>

<li data-section-id="1hcnu7f" data-start="1091" data-end="1243">Build strong relationships with suppliers, evaluating contracts and negotiating commercial terms to achieve cost savings without compromising quality.</li>
<li data-section-id="ekskyz" data-start="1244" data-end="1404">Identify, investigate, and resolve operational issues, escalating complex challenges to the Facilities & Maintenance senior leadership team where appropriate.</li>
<li data-section-id="1ky8w78" data-start="1405" data-end="1526">Ensure full compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and all relevant company policies.</li>
<li data-section-id="6enake" data-start="1527" data-end="1735">Champion a culture of Food Safety and Health & Safety, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and recognised standards, including BRCGS and ISO, while promoting a proactive approach to risk management.</li>
<li data-section-id="sktqr3" data-start="1736" data-end="1888">Conduct regular audits, track corrective actions, and drive continuous compliance across Food Safety, Health & Safety, and other regulatory standards.</li>
