Your Role
Als Werkstudent:in Customer Service (m/w/d) bei FINN übernimmst du die Verantwortung für unsere schriftliche Kundenkommunikation. Du startest im Bereich der Endabrechnung nach der Fahrzeugrückgabe, eine Schlüsselstelle, bei der Sorgfalt und ein gutes Gespür für unsere Kund:innen besonders wichtig sind. Mit deinen Aufgaben wächst auch dein Wissen: Schritt für Schritt lernst du weitere Themen entlang der Customer Journey kennen. So prägst du unsere Servicequalität aktiv mit und leistest einen entscheidenden Beitrag zur Kundenzufriedenheit in einem der am schnellsten wachsenden Scale-ups Deutschlands.Deine Arbeitszeiten & Flexibilität als Werkstudent:in
- Einarbeitung (Onboarding): Montag bis Freitag, flexibel einteilbar zwischen 08:00 und 19:00 Uhr.
- Nach der Einarbeitung: Erweitertes Arbeitszeitfenster von Montag bis Samstag zwischen 07:00 und 22:00 Uhr möglich.
- Umfang: 20 Stunden pro Woche – deine Schichten kannst du dir innerhalb dieses Rahmens flexibel einteilen.
Your Mission
Du bearbeitest schriftliche Kundenanfragen in unserem Expertenbereich Endabrechnung sorgfältig und effizient. Auch bei Beschwerden behältst du den Überblick, prüfst Anliegen lösungsorientiert und kommunizierst Entscheidungen klar sowie nachvollziehbar.
Du arbeitest mit modernen Kundenservice-Tools wie Zendesk, um Anfragen sauber zu priorisieren und fristgerecht zu bearbeiten. Bei kniffligen Fällen tauschst du dich eng mit unseren Fachteams aus.
Wiederkehrende Probleme fallen dir auf – mit deinem Feedback hilfst du uns, unsere Prozesse laufend noch besser zu machen.
