Job Responsibilities
- Provide overall HR support which includes preparing HR meetings, staffing, internal referral system and performance management, etc.
- Engage with internal stakeholders on business-focus projects to research and coordinate on business initiatives.
- Entering data, maintaining databases and keeping records.
- Other ad-hoc duties when assigned.
Requirements
- Fluent Chinese to liaise with Chinese counterparts.
- Detail-oriented, stable, and with strong execution skills and a high sense of responsibility.
- Effective communication, service-oriented, and willing to proactively learn the logic and methods of HR work.
- Interested in web3 industry.
