Junior Technical Architect – BIM Coordination
Adecco ricerca, per conto di un prestigioso studio internazionale di architettura con sede a Milano, un/una Junior Technical Architect – BIM Coordination da inserire all'interno di un team multidisciplinare impegnato nella progettazione di edifici complessi in Italia e all'estero.
La figura avrà un ruolo chiave nella traduzione dei concept architettonici in soluzioni tecniche esecutive, contribuendo allo sviluppo di progetti ad alto contenuto tecnologico e garantendo il rispetto degli standard qualitativi, delle normative e delle tempistiche di progetto.
Cosa farai
Entrando a far parte del team, ti occuperai di:
- Sviluppare elaborati tecnici e costruttivi utilizzando Revit, BIM 360 e AutoCAD;
- Coordinare le attività progettuali con architetti, ingegneri e consulenti esterni;
- Redigere documentazione tecnica e dettagli costruttivi;
- Garantire la conformità dei progetti alle normative edilizie italiane e supportare i processi autorizzativi;
- Collaborare con il Project Manager durante tutte le fasi di sviluppo del progetto;
- Partecipare a sopralluoghi di cantiere, fornendo supporto tecnico in fase esecutiva;
- Contribuire allo sviluppo di soluzioni progettuali innovative e tecnicamente efficienti.
Chi stiamo cercando
- Laurea in Architettura, Architectural Technology o titolo equivalente;
- 2-3 anni di esperienza in ruoli analoghi presso studi di architettura o società di ingegneria;
- Ottima conoscenza di Revit e della metodologia BIM;
- Buona conoscenza della normativa edilizia italiana e delle procedure autorizzative;
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, sia scritta che parlata;
- Costituisce un plus aver lavorato su progetti complessi in ambito Data Center, Life Sciences, Manufacturing, Logistics o Industrial;
- Esperienza nella gestione di progetti multidisciplinari rappresenta un requisito preferenziale.

Contratto: Tempo indeterminato
Retribuzione: RAL €35.000 – €45.000, commisurata all'esperienza e alle competenze maturate.
