As we accelerate our international expansion, we're building out our growth capability across Rest of World (ROW) markets to drive client acquisition and market penetration in highly competitive regions. 

About the Role 

We're looking for a commercial, hands-on Senior Growth Manager to lead our Rest of World expansion strategy. 

This role owns the full growth funnel for new and emerging markets outside our core regions — from market entry strategy through client acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue growth. You'll work closely with Paid Media, CRM, Affiliate/IB, Product, and Regional teams, but your mandate isn't channel execution — it's owning growth outcomes and scaling markets where brand awareness is still developing. 

This is a high-impact role for someone who has built growth engines for challenger or emerging brands in competitive, performance-driven industries such as Forex, CFD, FinTech, or similar digital businesses. 

Key Responsibilities

Market Expansion & Growth Strategy

●      Define and execute growth strategies across ROW markets

●      Identify and prioritize high-potential new markets outside core regions

●      Develop market entry and scaling strategies for low-brand-awareness environments

●      Conduct competitor and market analysis to surface growth opportunities and positioning

End-to-End Growth Funnel Ownership

●      Own the full customer journey from acquisition through to revenue generation

●      Drive funnel performance across: Acquisition → Registration → KYC → First Deposit → Active Trading

●      Identify bottlenecks and implement initiatives to lift conversion at each stage

●      Partner with the Paid Ads team to improve lead quality and downstream conversion

Customer Activation & Retention

●      Work with CRM teams to improve activation, engagement, and retention

●      Drive growth in first-time deposits (FTD), trading activity, and client lifetime value (LTV)

●      Develop lifecycle strategies that increase long-term trading activity and revenue per client

Partnerships & Alternative Growth Channels

●      Collaborate with Affiliate and IB teams to scale partner-driven acquisition

●      Identify and develop non-paid growth channels (communities, influencers, trading educators, partnerships)

●      Build scalable growth ecosystems in emerging markets

Data-Driven Growth Optimization

●      Define and monitor key growth KPIs across markets

●      Use data insights to identify opportunities for growth acceleration

●      Build and maintain growth dashboards and performance reporting frameworks

●      Run experiments to improve conversion rates and customer economics

Cross-Functional Leadership

●      Work closely with Marketing, Product, CRM, Compliance, and Regional teams

●      Lead strategic initiatives spanning multiple markets and business functions

●      Influence product and funnel improvements based on customer behavior insights

We're specifically looking for candidates with a track record of scaling challenger or emerging brands in competitive markets.

You would need to have proven experience:

●      7+ years in Growth Marketing, Commercial Growth, or Performance-led Marketing roles with successful building up from 0-1 marketing expansion experience.

●      Proven experience in Forex, CFD, FinTech, Crypto, or similar high-performance digital industries

●      Demonstrated ownership of full-funnel growth outcomes

●      Strong experience operating across multiple international or emerging markets

●      Building growth in markets with low initial brand awareness

●      Expanding into non-core or new geographic markets

●      Driving measurable commercial outcomes with limited brand equity or constrained budgets

●      Competing against established market leaders through smart growth strategies

●      Building acquisition systems from scratch, or scaling early-stage markets

●      Strong understanding of IB and Affiliate ecosystems in trading environments

●      Background in fast-paced, entrepreneurial, or high-growth companies

●      Familiarity with CRM, lifecycle marketing, and conversion optimisation frameworks

●      Comfort operating in ambiguous environments with limited structure

What Success Looks Like in 6-12 Months

●      Successfully launched or scaled multiple ROW markets with measurable client and revenue growth

●      Improved full-funnel conversion rates across key international markets

●      Established scalable frameworks for new market entry

●      Increased funded accounts, deposits, and trading volumes across ROW regions
