AI-Strategy & Digital Implementation
Unsere digitale Präsenz wächst schnell, Website, App und Kunden-Dashboard entstehen aktuell parallel bei unterschiedlichen Anbietern und sollen enger zusammengeführt werden. Als Werkstudent:in Digital & App übernimmst du Verantwortung für diesen Bereich: Du bringst bestehende digitale Bausteine zusammen, testest neue Ideen und baust mit modernen KI-gestützten Tools zügig neue Funktionen.
Aufgaben
- Weiterentwicklung und Pflege unserer Website (aktuell auf Lovable umgesetzt)
- Mitarbeit an unserer App sowie am Web-Dashboard für Praxen und Kliniken
- Zusammenführen der verschiedenen digitalen Bausteine zu einer stimmigen Produktlandschaft
- Testen neuer Features und Iterieren auf Basis von Nutzerfeedback
- Einsatz von KI-Tools zur schnellen Entwicklung und Umsetzung neuer Ideen
- Enge Abstimmung mit der Gründung zu Priorität und Ausrichtung der digitalen Strategie
Qualifikation
Ausbildung, Studium & Berufserfahrung
- Eingeschriebene:r Student:in, idealerweise mit Bezug zu Entrepreneurship, Informatik, Digital Business o. Ä.
- Erste praktische Erfahrung mit Web- oder App-Entwicklung von Vorteil
Fachliche Kompetenzen
- Grundkenntnisse im Programmieren (z. B. React/TypeScript, Web-Grundlagen)
- Erfahrung mit KI-gestützten Entwicklungstools (z. B. Lovable, Cursor, Claude) von Vorteil
- Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Web- und Office-Tools
Methodenkompetenzen
- Strukturiertes, priorisierendes Arbeiten bei mehreren parallelen digitalen Baustellen
- Fähigkeit, Nutzerfeedback in konkrete Produktverbesserungen zu übersetzen
Soft Skills
- Unternehmerisches Mindset, du denkst mit, statt nur Aufgaben abzuarbeiten
- Kommunikationsstärke im Austausch mit der Gründung trotz Teilzeit-Einbindung
- Teamfähigkeit trotz überwiegend remoter Zusammenarbeit
