DasTeam Du bist verantwortlich für die technische Abwicklung der Baustellen im Werkleitungsbau, Kanalbau, Strassenbau und im Allgemeinen Tiefbau Vor Ort führst du das Baustellenpersonal fachgerecht und bist in Zusammenarbeit mit der Bauführung für deren Einsatzplanung zuständig Während der gesamten Ausführung übernimmst du das Projektcontrolling und kontrollierst gemeinsam mit der Bauführung Kosten, Termin und Qualität unserer komplexen Tiefbauprojekte Du verantwortest die Arbeitssicherheit, den Gesundheitsschutz und den Umweltschutz auf der Baustelle Wir erwarten: - Du hast eine Grundausbildung um Tief- und Strassenbau, hast die Weiterbildung zur / zum Vorarbeiter*in oder Polier*in erfolgreich abgeschlossen und verfügst über die entsprechende Berufserfahrung - Du bringst bereits erste Erfahrung im Umgang mit BIM mit ? oder du freust dich, es zu lernen - Mit deiner gewinnenden Persönlichkeit und deinem unternehmerischen Denke und Handeln kannst du Menschen motivieren und führen - Du hast Freude am direkten Umgang mit Kunden und Geschäftspartnern vor Ort wie auch Interesse an betriebswirtschaftlichen Zusammenhängen Wir bieten: - Profitieren Sie von unserem Netzwerk im Baugewerbe - Interessante und abwechslungsreiche Temporäreinsätze - Verantwortungsvolle Tätigkeit - Zeitgemässe Entlohnung und gute Sozialleistungen - Professionelle Betreuung vor, während und nach dem Einsatz [email protected] Branche: Anderes Funktion: Anderes RAL:
