- Durchführung des Tagesabschlusses (Night Audit)
- Check-in und Check-out von Gästen
- Reinigungsarbeiten in den öffentlichen Bereichen
- Sicherheitsrundgänge sowie Kontrolle von Türen und technischen Anlagen
- Betreuung der Hotelgäste während der Nacht
- Kontrolle und Auffüllen der öffentlichen Bereiche (z. B. Prospekte, Verbrauchsmaterial)
- Gewährleistung von Ordnung, Sauberkeit und Sicherheit im gesamten Hotelbetrieb
