Floor Supervisor (m/w)
Position: Floor Supervisor
Aufgabenbereiche:
- Verantwortung für die Sauberkeit und Ordnung im Spa-Bereich sowie Schulung der Mitarbeitenden in den entsprechenden Reinigungsstandards.
- Kontrolle und Inspektion der Hotelzimmer gemäss den Qualitätsstandards des Hotels.
- Einarbeitung und Schulung neuer sowie bestehender Housekeeping-Mitarbeitenden hinsichtlich Reinigungsstandards und Arbeitsabläufen.
- Unterstützung der Gouvernante bei der Organisation und Koordination des Housekeepings.
- Einsatz als Housekeeping-Mitarbeiter/in bei personellen Engpässen, beispielsweise bei Krankheit oder kurzfristigen Ausfällen.
- Betten machen sowie Auffüllen und Organisieren der Housekeeping Offices.
- Verantwortung für die Reinigung und Pflege der Ferienwohnung «Bristol».
Anforderungen:
- Nachweisliche Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position im Hotel- oder Gastgewerbebereich
- Hervorragende organisatorische Fähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, in einem schnelllebigen Umfeld zu arbeiten
- Führungseigenschaften und die Fähigkeit, ein Team zu motivieren und zu entwickeln
- Detailgenaue und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Englisch und idealerweise auch in Deutsch
