Lernende/r Küchenangestellte/r EBA 2027100% Pensum
Ihre Aufgaben
- Sie lernen den professionellen Umgang mit Lebensmitteln und deren Zubereitung
- Sie bereiten warme und kalte Gerichte zu und richten sie entsprechend an
- Sie arbeiten in unserer Heimküche, im öffentlichen Restaurant und helfen bei Banketten mit
- Sie lernen verschiedene Kochtechniken kennen und erhalten Einblicke in den gesamten Küchenalltag
- Sie sorgen gemeinsam mit unserem Team dafür, dass unsere Gäste täglich feine Mahlzeiten geniessen können
- Abgeschlossene obligatorische Schule
- Freude am Kochen und an Lebensmitteln
- Bereitschaft zu unregelmässigen Arbeitszeiten inkl. Wochenenden
- Zuverlässigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Flexibilität, Teamfähigkeit und Belastbarkeit auch in hektischen Zeiten
- Handwerkliches Geschick und praktische Begabung
- Gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild, ausgeprägtes Hygienebewusstsein
- Motivation, Neues zu lernen und mit anzupacken
