Senior Product Designer - Online Gaming
Ready to build a design system from the ground up and shape the future of a new digital product?
We're looking for a Senior Product Designer, to own and evolve the design system that will underpin our next-generation digital casino experience. This is a rare opportunity to create the foundations of a product from day one, establishing a scalable, multi-brand system that balances visual excellence, usability, and technical implementation.
About the Role:
As our Senior Product Designer, you'll be responsible for creating and maintaining the design system that powers our digital customer experience across brands and markets.
You will:
- Build and own a scalable design system, including components, patterns, and design tokens.
- Establish architecture for colour, typography, spacing, motion, and other core system foundations.
- Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to ensure seamless implementation.
- Translate brand identity into intuitive, product-ready experiences and reusable components.
- Create documentation, standards, and processes that support adoption and long-term scalability.
This role is ideal for someone who sees design systems as products in their own right and enjoys balancing design craft with operational excellence.
About You:
You're a highly skilled product designer with a passion for systems thinking and creating beautiful, scalable user experiences.
You'll bring:
- 4–6 years' experience in product design and/or design systems.
- Proven experience building and maintaining scalable component libraries and design systems.
- Strong visual design, UI, and interaction design skills.
- Experience working in complex or regulated industries such as iGaming, fintech, or similar.
- The ability to translate brand identity into practical, developer-friendly design solutions.
