Au sein d'un établissement pour personnes âgées, vous contribuerez au bien-être et à l'accompagnement quotidien des résidentes et résidents - Vous dispenserez les soins d'hygiène et de confort, conformément aux protocoles établis et aux besoins individuels - Vous participerez à la surveillance de l'état de santé et transmettrez les observations utiles à l'équipe soignante - Vous accompagnerez les résidentes et résidents dans les gestes quotidiens, en préservant leur autonomie et leur dignité

- Vous faites preuve d'écoute attentive envers les résident·e·s et leurs proches
- Vous collaborez efficacement avec les équipes soignantes de l'établissement
