<p><span style="color: rgb(102, 120, 140); font-size: 12pt;">As a Solutions Engineer, your key area of responsibility will be serving as a Subject Matter Expert on the Geotab ecosystem, empowering partners and end-users to maximize their use of Geotab's technology and solutions. You will be responsible for conducting technical activities ranging from discovery and requirements gathering to delivering compelling demonstrations and presentations that create enriching customer engagement experiences. You will also assess and analyze partner and end-user business challenges, propose viable solutions, support partner upskilling, and maintain accurate documentation of all customer and partner engagements. You will need to work closely with revenue-generating teams as a key technical resource, as well as product management teams to surface valuable feedback and contribute to continuous improvement of the company's offerings.</span></p>
<p><span style="color: rgb(102, 120, 140); font-size: 12pt;">To be successful in this role you will be a strong communicator and problem-solver with a customer-first mindset, capable of articulating complex concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.
