Operations Assistant

Who would suit this role?
Ideally, you are looking for that first step into the auto industry - perhaps you have recently graduated and are looking for your first full time role or you may already have had a few years’ experience under your belt and are seeking a new opportunity?
What does the role entail?
- Grooming vehicles to a high standard
- Getting vehicles ready for sale/release
- Assisting customers with their queries
- Moving vehicles and completing petrol runs
- Assisting with a variety of daily operational tasks to support the smooth running of the branch
- Taking high-quality vehicle photos for online listings and sales platforms
- Supporting yard presentation by ensuring vehicles and display areas are clean, organised, and presented to a high standard
- Eagerness to learn and follow instructions
- Attention to detail and high standards around quality of work
- An ‘anything is possible’ attitude
- Customer driven
- Full or Restricted drivers licence
