Wir sitzen mitten im wunderschönen Zürcher Oberland – umgeben von Natur, Wald und frischer Landluft! Uns gibt's mit einem gemütlichen Restaurant (ca. 40 Plätze), einem fetten Saal für Events (ca. 80 Gäste) und einer mega Terrasse mit Blick ins Grüne (weitere 80 Plätze). Unser Fokus: Frische, regionale & mediterrane Küche, die Bock auf Genuss macht.
Wir suchen dich als Jungkoch / Chef de Partie (m/w/d) 100%, um unser junges Team zu bereichern!
- Food Prep: Kreative Zubereitung von warmen und kalten Dishes für à la carte, Terrasse und Bankette.
- Mise en Place: Du rockst deinen Posten und hast alles im Griff.
- Standards: Hygienerichtlinien (HACCP) sind für dich kein Fremdwort, sondern Ehrensache.
- Teamwork: Gemeinsam mit dem Team sorgst du für einen smooth Ablauf in der Küche.
- Fairness: Dank digitaler Zeiterfassung behalten wir deine Arbeitszeiten transparent und fair im Blick.
