Test Coordinator

Key About Your Role
Voor onze Plexus projecten zijn we op zoek naar een test coördinator pensioenen. Het gave aan deze rol is dat er veel diversiteit in zit. Je gaat aan de slag met structurering van het testproces, verbeteren van het testen zelf en het laten automatiseren er van. Je werkt in een hecht team. Eenieder helpt je graag om resultaat te bereiken.
Key About Your Team
Als Plexus test coördinator ben je samen met vele gedreven en ervaren collega’s onderdeel van onze Life & Pension Delivery afdeling. Deze afdeling vormt de schakel tussen onze klanten en onze product development organisatie. Je werkt in een projectteam samengesteld uit diverse expertises (pensioeninhoudelijk, actuarieel, technisch) in één van de Plexus implementatieprojecten die wij bij en samen met onze klanten uitvoeren.
- Affiniteit met IT en software-ontwikkeling.
- Jarenlange ervaring als test coordinator.
- Sterke analytische vaardigheden.
- Werkt gestructureerd en accuraat.
- Oplossingsgericht, ambitieus en leergierig.
- Communiceert goed zowel in woord als geschrift.
- Gewend om onder druk van het behalen van mijlpalen te werken.
- Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en goed Engels.
- Bij aanvang een bruto maandsalaris tussen de € 4400 en € 5900 op basis van 40 uur;
- 8% vakantiegeld;
- Winstuitkering;
- Pensioenregeling, met de optie om zelf extra bij te sparen;
- Reiskostenvergoeding: Ontvang een kilometervergoeding van €0,23 per km of een NS-Business Card, die je ook privé kunt gebruiken;
- 24 vakantiedagen (met de optie om extra bij te kopen) en 7 inclusieve dagen die inwisselbaar zijn om verlof op te nemen op andere dagen dan nationale feestdagen;
- Flexibiliteit in werkomgeving. Als hybride werkend team werk je deels op kantoor en deels vanuit huis. Werk je op kantoor, dan staat er elke dag een gratis lunch voor je klaar. Werk je thuis, dan ontvang je een thuiswerkvergoeding (€4,- per dag) en een internetvergoeding (€35,- netto per maand);
- De mogelijkheid om tot 2 maanden per jaar op afstand vanuit het buitenland te werken;
- De mogelijkheid om een fiets te leasen via ons fietsleaseprogramma;
- Een contract van 7 maanden met de mogelijkheid tot verlenging;
- De mogelijkheid om jezelf te ontwikkelen in onze eigen Academy door middel van cursussen en trainingen, zowel inhoudelijk als op persoonlijk vlak;
