Head, Global Accounting (US listed)
- Lead the global accounting and financial reporting function across multiple jurisdictions.
- Oversee SEC reporting, US GAAP financial statements, and regulatory compliance.
- Provide technical accounting guidance on complex transactions and accounting matters.
- Manage external audits, internal controls, and financial governance.
- Partner with the CFO and senior leadership on strategic and capital market initiatives.
- Drive finance transformation, process improvements, and systems optimization.
- Build and lead a high-performing global accounting team and collaborate across finance functions.
- Present key financial reporting and governance matters to executive leadership and the Board.
Requirements
- Degree in Accountancy, Finance or a related discipline, with professional qualifications such as CPA/US CPA/CA
- At least 12 years of relevant experience including SEC filings/reporting
- Willing to travel about 25%
- Comfortable in leading a team of more than 20 pax
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and work effectively across cross-functional teams.
