Aufgaben
- Administration & Betrieb einer hybriden IT-Landschaft mit Windows & Linux
- Sicherstellung von Stabilität, Performance & IT-Security
- 1st–3rd Level Support, Troubleshooting & Root-Cause-Analysen
- Automatisierung & Optimierung von Monitoring, Patch- und Deployment-Prozessen
- Mitwirkung an IT-Projekten, Rollouts sowie Weiterentwicklung von Standards & Best Practices
Qualifikation
- Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung, Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- 5+ Jahre Erfahrung in der Administration komplexer, hybrider IT-Umgebungen
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Active Directory, Microsoft 365 & Windows-Berechtigungen
- Praxis in IT-Security, Automatisierung & Scripting (PowerShell, Python, Bash)
- Hands-on-Mentalität, Eigeninitiative sowie Erfahrung über den klassischen Service-Desk hinaus
