Aufgaben
- Gesamtverantwortung für das Finanz- und Rechnungswesen inklusive kontinuierlicher Optimierung und Digitalisierung sämtlicher Accounting-Prozesse
- Fachlich und disziplinarisch: Führung und Weiterentwicklung eines Teams von Fachkräften
- Optimierung von Strukturen und Prozessen im gesamten Finanzbereich
- Verantwortung für die Vorbereitung und Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen
- Erstellung der Jahresabschlüsse von Mutter- und ggf. Tochtergesellschaften im Verbund
- Sicherstellung der gesamten Buchführung von Mutter- und ggf. Tochtergesellschaften im Verbund
- Ansprechpartner:in für Bilanzierungsthemen und Fragen des Steuerrechts
- Erstellung der monatlichen Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen
- Externes und internes Reporting
- Liquiditätsmanagement: Steuerung und Optimierung des Zahlungsverkehrs sowie ergebnis-optimierte Prozesse im Kreditoren- und Debitorenmanagement
- KPI-Steuerung: Aufbau, Weiterentwicklung und Verantwortung einer KPI-basierten Steuerung des Finanzbereichs
- Controlling nach Kosten- und Leistungsrechnung für den Bereich E-Commerce / Financial – in Abstimmung mit der Geschäftsführung
- Sparringspartner:in der Geschäftsleitung für strategische Entscheidungen in der Kurz- und Langzeitplanung
- Ansprechpartner:in für Anteilseigner, Wirtschaftsprüfer, Steuerberater, Banken, Versicherungen und Behörden
Qualifikation
- Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Finanzen / Controlling / Rechnungswesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation (z. B. Bilanzbuchhalter:in / Steuerfachwirt:in)
- Mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen, idealerweise im E-Commerce oder Handelsumfeld
- Nachweisliche Führungserfahrung und Freude an der Entwicklung eines Teams
- Sicher in der Bilanzierung nach HGB (Konzernabschluss von Vorteil) sowie im relevanten Steuerrecht
- Ausgeprägte Affinität zu Kennzahlen und datengetriebener Steuerung; sicher im Aufbau, in der Analyse und Interpretation von Finanz-KPIs
- Hohe IT- und Digitalisierungsaffinität; sicherer Umgang mit DATEV und/oder gängigen ERP /Buchhaltungssystemen
- Analytische, strukturierte und unternehmerische Denkweise – hands-on und lösungsorientiert
- Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch; gutes Englisch von Vorteil
