Customer Service - Service à la Clientèle
The Role
As an Account Manager, you’ll:
- Be the first point of contact for customers in our contact centre.
- Promote Rogers wireless, internet, and value-added services.
- Conduct account reviews, upsells, and provide resolutions.
- Stay current on Rogers products and promotions.
- Represent Red Wireless professionally as a Rogers Ambassador.
Qualifications & Skills
- 2+ years in account management, B2B, or telecom sales (call centre/retail an asset).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client engagement skills.
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and results-focused.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.
- Quick learner with strong technical aptitude for telecom products.
- Bilingual - English and French

En tant que Gestionnaire de comptes (Account Manager), vous serez responsable de :
- Être le premier point de contact avec les clients au sein de notre centre de contact.
- Promouvoir les services sans fil, Internet et les services à valeur ajoutée de Rogers.
- Effectuer des révisions de comptes, proposer des ventes additionnelles et apporter des solutions adaptées aux clients.
- Rester à jour sur les produits, services et promotions de Rogers.
- Représenter Red Wireless de manière professionnelle en tant qu’Ambassadeur Rogers.
Qualifications et compétences
- 2 ans ou plus d’expérience en gestion de comptes, ventes B2B ou ventes dans le secteur des télécommunications (expérience en centre d’appels ou dans le commerce de détail, un atout).
- Excellentes aptitudes en communication, en présentation et en gestion de la relation client.
- Orienté vers l’atteinte des objectifs, autonome et axé sur les résultats.
- Bonne maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office et des systèmes CRM.
- Capacité d’apprentissage rapide et bonne aisance technique avec les produits et services de télécommunication.
- Bilingue : français et anglais.
