Köln: Objektüberwacher/Bauüberwacher Fachrichtung Elektrotechnik (m/w/d)

An unserem Hauptstandort Köln suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Objektüberwacher / Bauüberwacher Fachrichtung Elektrotechnik (m/w/d).
Aufgaben
- Selbstständige Koordination, Betreuung und Qualitätskontrolle der Gewerke (KG 440/450) auf der Baustelle
- Erstellen von Terminplänen und deren Steuerung sowie Nachverfolgung des Baufortschritts
- VOB-Konformer Schriftverkehr
- Erstellung von Qualitätssicherungsberichten mittels Software (z.B. PlanRadar)
- Erstellen von Bautagesberichtes
- Aufmaßprüfung und Rechnungskontrolle
- Durchführung von VOB-Abnahmen
- Mängelverfolgung während der Baumaßnahme sowie nach Abnahme
- Kompetente und verlässliche Ansprechperson für interne und externe Projektbeteiligte
Qualifikation
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich der technischen Gebäudeausrüstung Elektrotechnik / staatlich geprüfter Techniker ELT oder vergleichbar
- Mehrjährige berufspraktische Erfahrung im Bereich der Objektüberwachung von Vorteil
- Sicherer Umgang mit der VOB und HOAI sowie mit dem MS-Office-Paket und branchenspezifischer Software wie AVA Orca und PlanRadar
- Strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Führerschein Klasse B
