
Lead Account Executive(Swedish/Finnish/Danish/Norwegian speaking)
As a Lead Account Executive for Nordics, you will drive growth and consistently exceed revenue goals within a defined territory. You’ll win new (strategic/enterprise) accounts, strengthen relationships with existing customers, and apply your SaaS expertise to engage effectively with both business and technical decision-makers.
What you will do:
- Engage, Discover & Drive Results: Execute territory strategies to win enterprise business, grow market presence, and consistently exceed targets in an aligned territory.
- Execute the Sales Process: Lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting to negotiation and closure, to deliver predictable, high-performance results.
- Articulate Value: Build trusted executive relationships, address diverse business challenges, and position Freshworks as the partner of choice.
- Learn & Collaborate: Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless customer experiences and contribute to a culture of shared success.
- Hunt & Prospect: Develop and manage a strong pipeline with accurate forecasting. Travel, as required, to connect with customers, strengthen relationships, and represent Freshworks with purpose.
- Experience that counts: 5 to 8 years of quota-carrying SaaS sales experience in mid-market or enterprise accounts, with a proven track record of exceeding revenue goals.Business level Fluency in Swedish langauge is a must.
- Strategic mindset: Demonstrated ability to manage full sales cycles, engage diverse stakeholders, and deliver measurable business impact.
- Revenue focused: Skilled in prospecting, pipeline development, and forecasting, applying a structured yet flexible approach to consistently meet targets.
- Domain knowledge: Expertise in solution selling, with the ability to understand customer needs and position software solutions (e.g., ITSM, IT infrastructure, EX platforms) that drive productivity, engagement, and ROI.
- Strong collaborator: Growth-oriented, with a customer-first mindset and the ability to build strong cross-functional partnerships that unlock new opportunities.
