Supply Chain Coordinator
Supply Chain Coordinator
Join us in our mission to transform the way people shop and eat, where impact, innovation, and growth drives everything we do. Our Operations team sits at the core of Deliveroo’s day-to-day execution, ensuring seamlessly managed logistics, world-class partner experience, and high-performing delivery networks across all our markets.
We’re looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator to join our UK, Denmark, or Germany team. This is a hybrid role. In this role, you’ll help us execute and optimise courier logistics operations, gear availability, and 3PL performance across Deliveroo and Wolt markets.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be joining the Supply Chain team. We are focused on building world-class operational excellence for our internal and external partners.
Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:
Logistics & 3PL Operations: Monitor assigned market flows and 3PL performance against KPIs, coordinating daily inbound/outbound gear activity, stock movements, dispatches, and returns.
Courier Onboarding Support: Support the end-to-end onboarding logistics process for courier partners and fleet companies across current markets and expansion activities.
E-Commerce & System Maintenance: Maintain courier onboarding websites (Shopify and WooCommerce), ensuring smooth order flows, product updates, and basic error troubleshooting.
Process & Documentation Improvement: Maintain SOPs, IOPs, and process maps while identifying recurring last-mile or warehouse issues to propose practical operational fixes.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with country operations, sourcing, finance, and external partners to resolve day-to-day operational questions and support new market integrations.
What You’ll Need to Thrive
Essential
Operational Expertise: Demonstrated experience in supply chain, logistics, 3PL performance management, warehouse operations, or operations coordination within a fast-paced environment.
Technical & E-Commerce Proficiency: Strong proficiency with spreadsheet tools (Excel/Google Sheets) alongside hands-on experience using e-commerce tools like Shopify, WooCommerce, or logistics management platforms.
Process & Issue Resolution: Proven ability to follow defined SOPs, manage routine and non-routine logistics tasks reliably, and troubleshoot moderate operational issues.
Communication & Collaboration: Clear, action-oriented communication skills in fluent English with a track record of partnering effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
Adaptability & Execution: A hands-on, get-it-done approach with strong organisational skills to handle shifting priorities under operational pressure.
Nice to Have
Data Visualisation: Practical exposure to reporting tools and dashboards such as Looker.
Multilingual Ability: Fluency in additional European languages.
AI & Productivity: Initial experience utilising AI tools to improve personal productivity, automate recurring tasks, structure data, or draft communications.
