- Conoscenza approfondita delle lenti oftalmiche e delle tecnologie ottiche
- Abilità nella misurazione della vista e nella consulenza personalizzata
- Capacità di lavorare in un ambiente dinamico e orientato al cliente **Store Manager**: - Esperienza comprovata nella gestione di un punto vendita, preferibilmente nel settore ottico o al dettaglio
- Capacità di motivare e guidare il team verso il raggiungimento degli obiettivi di vendita e di servizio al cliente
- Competenze nell'organizzazione dello spazio vendita e nella gestione dell'inventario
- Eccellenti capacità di comunicazione e problem-solving
- Orientamento al cliente e capacità di fornire assistenza personalizzata nella scelta degli occhiali da vista e da sole
- Capacità di lavorare in team e di gestire le richieste dei clienti in modo efficiente
