Aufgaben
Als Prozessmanager unterstützt du aktiv unser Operations Team und gestaltest die Zukunft von DocEstate mit. Zu deinen Aufgaben gehören:
- Operative Abwicklung: Mitarbeit im operativen Tagesgeschäft, um die bestehenden Strukturen und Abläufe aus der Praxis zu verstehen und Verbesserungspotenziale zu erkennen.
- Digitalisierung vorantreiben: Prüfen, welche Prozessschritte digitalisiert, automatisiert oder durch geeignete Software unterstützt werden können.
- Prozesse optimieren: Bestehende Abläufe analysieren, vereinfachen und effizienter gestalten, um Bearbeitungszeiten, Fehler und Kosten zu reduzieren.
- Prozesse dokumentieren: Prozesse strukturiert beschreiben und in den firmeninternen Prozessdiagrammen bzw. Prozessmanagement-Systemen abbilden.
- Prozessstandards weiterentwickeln: Einheitliche Vorgehensweisen und Standards definieren, etablieren und kontinuierlich verbessern.
- Verbesserungsmaßnahmen koordinieren: Optimierungsmaßnahmen planen, mit den beteiligten Bereichen abstimmen, umsetzen und anschließend deren Wirksamkeit überprüfen.
Qualifikation
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung oder betriebswirtschaftliches Studium. Quereinstieg mit vergleichbarer Qualifikation möglich.
- Erfahrung im Prozessmanagement
- Prozessverständnis: Gutes Verständnis für betriebliche Abläufe, Zusammenhänge und Schnittstellen zwischen verschiedenen Abteilungen.
- Analytisches Denken: Fähigkeit, komplexe Prozesse zu analysieren, Schwachstellen zu erkennen und Verbesserungspotenziale abzuleiten.
- Strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise: Prozesse systematisch betrachten, Probleme identifizieren und praktikable Lösungen entwickeln.
- Projektmanagement: Erfahrung in der Planung, Koordination und Umsetzung von Prozessoptimierungen und Veränderungsprojekten.
- Digitales Verständnis: Grundverständnis für Digitalisierung, Automatisierung und den Einsatz von IT-Systemen zur Prozessunterstützung.
- Kommunikationsfähigkeit: Sicheres Kommunizieren und Abstimmen mit unterschiedlichen Fachbereichen und Stakeholdern.
