Als Revenue Operations Specialist verantwortest Du die operative Weiterentwicklung und Pflege unserer B2C Sales Operations in HubSpot. Dein Fokus liegt auf stabilen CRM-Prozessen, hoher Datenqualität, funktionierenden Automatisierungen und Integrationen sowie der operativen Unterstützung von Reporting und Sales Excellence.
Du stellst sicher, dass Sales, Marketing und Customer Success effizient mit HubSpot arbeiten und operative Revenue-Prozesse zuverlässig umgesetzt werden.
Schwerpunkte Deiner Rolle:
Pflege und Weiterentwicklung der CRM-Architektur sowie der Sales-, Marketing- und Customer-Success-Prozesse in HubSpot
Aufbau von Listen, Segmentierungen, Sales-Sequenzen, Funnel-Prozessen und operativen Workflows
Sicherstellung der CRM-Datenqualität durch Pflichtfelder, Datenbereinigung und -anreicherung, Dublettenmanagement sowie die Pflege von Properties und Dokumentationen
Erstellung und Monitoring von HubSpot-Workflows und KI-gestützten Automatisierungen sowie von Integrationen mit n8n und weiteren GTM-Tools
Unterstützung bei KPI-Reports, Dashboards, Forecasts, Management-Reports und Performance-Tracking
Enablement der Revenue-Teams durch CRM-Support, Prozessdokumentation, HubSpot-Schulungen und Unterstützung bei der operativen Omnichannel-Kommunikation
Das bringst Du mit:
Sehr gutes Verständnis von CRM-, Sales-Operations- und Funnel-Prozessen sowie fortgeschrittene HubSpot-Kenntnisse; Salesforce-Erfahrung ist von Vorteil
Erfahrung mit CRM-Hygiene, Lead-Generierung, B2C-Customer-Journeys und der Übersetzung operativer Anforderungen in saubere Prozesse
Erfahrung mit n8n und KI-gestützten Automatisierungen
Sicherer Umgang mit Excel oder Google Sheets; Kenntnisse in BI-Tools, Schnittstellen, SQL, Python oder Data-Warehouse-Strukturen sind von Vorteil
Strukturierte, eigenständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit analytischem Denken, hohem Qualitätsanspruch und Hands-on-Mentalität
