IHM Executive
To support the IHM maintenance and other marine projects undertaken by the division
ROLES ACCOUNTABILITIES:
IHM Maintenance (Document review and follow up)
- Examine purchase orders and raise queries with vendors for clarification or corrections.
- Review Material Declarations (MD) and Supplier Declarations of Conformity (SDoC) submitted by vendors to ensure adequacy and compliance.
- Coordinate with vendors for revision and timely resubmission of MDs and SDoCs.
- Maintain and update operational records, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established procedures.
QA Roles
- Assist with record keeping and revisions of QMS Manuals and Documents
KEY SKILLS AND CAPABILITIES:
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Advanced Excel and other business productivity applications.
- Experience with Document Management Systems (DMS) and electronic record management.
- Ability to work with AI-assisted tools and validate the accuracy and integrity of generated data.
- Basic understanding of data analysis, reporting, and digital workflow applications.
- Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and document control practices.
Professional Skills
- Strong written and verbal business communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to review technical and compliance-related documents.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic understanding of Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) principles.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems and controlled documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a structured environment.
- Team-oriented with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
- Bachelor’s degree in science.
- Diploma or certification in Computer Applications, Data Science, Quality Management, or a related field will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant work experience in document management, quality systems,data processing, or administrative support.
- Exposure to ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems, document control, or compliance-related activities will be preferred.
