(Junior) Finance Associate
SEDIWORK entwickelt Software zur Planung der ärztlichen Rotations- und Einsatzplanung in Krankenhäusern und Verbünden. Unser Ziel ist es, die Organisation von Weiterbildung, Rotationen und Einsätzen deutlich einfacher, transparenter und effizienter zu machen.

Zur Unterstützung der Geschäftsführung suchen wir eine strukturierte und zuverlässige Person, die zentrale Themen in Finance, Administration und Operations übernimmt und dafür sorgt, dass das Unternehmen im Hintergrund effizient läuft.
Deine Rolle
Du übernimmst zentrale operative und finanzielle Themen und sorgst dafür, dass interne Abläufe strukturiert, effizient und zuverlässig funktionieren.
Ziel der Rolle ist es, die Geschäftsführung im Tagesgeschäft zu entlasten und eine solide Grundlage für weiteres Wachstum zu schaffen.
Aufgaben
Finance & Accounting
- Management von Fördermitteln und Finanzthemen
- Vorbereitung der Buchhaltung
- Aufbau und Pflege von Finanzübersichten und Cashflow-Tracking
Reporting & Struktur
- Vorbereitung von Reportings und Entscheidungsgrundlagen
- Sicherstellen von Transparenz über wichtige Kennzahlen und Themen
Operations & Organisation
- Aufbau und Verbesserung interner Prozesse
- Strukturierung administrativer Abläufe
- Unterstützung bei Vertragsmanagement und Dokumentation
- Koordination mit externen Ansprechpartnern
Qualifikation
- Sehr strukturierte, zuverlässige, eigenständige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
- Erfahrung in Finance, Operations, Accounting oder Administration
- Sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Tools (z. B. MS365, Jira)
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
