Aufgaben
- Entwicklung & Architektur: Du konzipierst und programmierst saubere, skalierbare Softwarelösungen, die unseren Vertrieb und unsere internen Prozesse nach vorne bringen.
- Prozessautomatisierung: Du digitalisierst komplexe Abläufe, schreibst intelligente Skripte und baust Schnittstellen (APIs), um unseren Alltag maximal effizient zu gestalten.
- Qualitätssicherung: Du hast den Anspruch, wartbaren Code zu schreiben, Bugs systematisch zu killen und unsere Systeme sicher und hochverfügbar zu halten.
- Teamplay & Innovation: Du bist nicht nur Code-Lieferant, sondern Berater für das Team. Du evaluierst neue Technologien und bringst proaktiv smarte Lösungsansätze auf den Tisch.
- Kommunikation: Du bist die Stimme zu unseren IT-Partnern – ob per E-Mail oder am Telefon.
Qualifikation
- Ausbildung: Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker für Anwendungsentwicklung (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- IT-Affinität: Du fühlst dich in der Code-Basis zu Hause, kennst dich mit modernen Programmiersprachen und Frameworks aus wie z.B. PHP (Bonus: Laravel), JavaScript und baust saubere Datenbankstrukturen.
- Lernhunger: Technologie entwickelt sich rasant weiter – und du dich auch. Du hast Freude daran, dich in neue Tools und Architekturen einzuarbeiten.
- Kommunikationstalent: Dein Deutsch ist flüssig in Wort und Schrift. Du kannst komplexe Dinge einfach erklären.
- Struktur: Du arbeitest gewissenhaft und strukturiert.
- Mindset: Du bist ein Problemlöser. „Das haben wir schon immer so gemacht“ gibt es bei dir nicht.
