Kiosk Sales
o Customer Engagement: Use strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and create a welcoming atmosphere. Understand customer needs and provide personalized product recommendations.
o Product Demonstration & Sales:
Present and demonstrate products effectively, highlighting key features, benefits, and promotions. Confidently answer product-related questions to help customers make informed decisions. Close sales by addressing objections, upselling related products, and offering bundle or promotional deals.
o Transaction Handling:
Operate the Point-of-Sale (POS) system efficiently to process sales, refunds, and exchanges. Accurately handle cash, credit, and digital payments, ensuring correct change and receipts. Keep daily sales records and reports organized for end-of-shift reconciliation.
o Kiosk Maintenance & Merchandising:
Keep the kiosk clean, tidy, and visually appealing at all times. Replenish stock regularly and organize displays to attract customer interest. Follow visual merchandising guidelines and ensure brand consistency in presentation.
o Sales Goals & Performance:
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by management. Participate in promotional campaigns or events hosted at the kiosk. Share customer feedback and sales trends with supervisors to help improve performance.
o Customer Service & Issue Resolution:
Provide after-sales support, such as explaining warranty or return policies. Handle customer concerns or complaints with patience and professionalism, escalating issues when necessary. Follow up on customer inquiries or special orders if applicable.
o Inventory Monitoring:
Monitor stock levels and report low inventory or product shortages in a timely manner. Assist with receiving, checking, and organizing new stock deliveries.
o Team Collaboration & Reporting:
Coordinate with fellow kiosk staff to ensure smooth shift transitions and consistent customer service. Submit regular reports or feedback to supervisors regarding sales performance, customer interactions, or operational challenges.
o Previous retail or direct sales experience preferred.
o Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred, but not always required.
o Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
o Good customer service and problem-solving abilities
o Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Salary : AED 4,000 + comission + company visa + medical insurance
