Shift Patterns & Opportunities
We currently have multiple Production Operative opportunities available across several production departments at our Glenbervie site.
Different shift patterns are available depending on the department, including:
- Three-week rotating shift pattern:
- 6:00am – 2:00pm
- 2:00pm – 10:00pm
- 10:00pm – 6:00am
- Employees working this shift pattern will receive an additional 8.5% shift allowance in recognition of the night shift element.
- Two-week rotating shift pattern:
- 6:00am – 2:00pm
- 2:00pm – 10:00pm

Please note that successful candidates will be assigned to a production department based on business requirements, skills, experience and shift preference where possible.
Typical Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor packaging and production machinery efficiently and safely.
- Conduct regular quality inspections on products during the production cycle.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across the production area.
- Follow company procedures and health and safety regulations strictly.
- Report production issues or equipment malfunctions to supervisors promptly.
- Assist with loading, unloading, and movement of raw materials and finished goods as required.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production targets.
- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred but not essential.
- Forklift operation certificates are advantageous but not mandatory.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and comply with safety practices.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality products.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy products as required.
- Willingness to work flexible hours including shift patterns as scheduled.
