The Role

As our CRM Lifecycle & Brand Executive, you’ll sit within Ticketek’s Marketing team, executing campaigns across sport and entertainment through our organic marketing channels. You’ll create copy, build audience segments, schedule campaigns and report on performance — working independently and collaboratively to engage fans and drive revenue for some of the biggest events in the industry.

Outcomes to Deliver

In this role, success looks like:

• Create, schedule and deploy customer-facing campaigns across email, push, in-app, SMS and on-site channels that drive ticket sales and audience growth.
• Plan and execute lifecycle, retention and win-back campaigns, plus seasonal and brand marketing activity, ensuring every touchpoint reflects our brand guidelines and tone.
• Manage homepage bookings and event-day communications in line with the SPAM Act, and run A/B tests on messaging, subject lines and CTAs to keep improving performance.
• Provide clear post-campaign reporting and insights, spotting opportunities to optimise campaigns and improve processes across the CRM & Lifecycle Marketing team.

Capabilities to Bring

You’ll thrive in this role if you bring:

• Copy & Content – strong written skills with proven experience creating unique, engaging copy that drives ticket sales and audience retention.
• CRM Know-How – experience with an email marketing platform or a solid understanding of customer segmentation, plus basic HTML skills.
• Organised & Compliant – well-developed time management skills for juggling conflicting deadlines, with an understanding of privacy and the SPAM Act.
• Team Player – a degree in marketing or a year in a similar role, high attention to detail, and a genuine passion for live events and entertainment.
