Dein zukünftiger Tätigkeitsbereich
Zentrale Mitgestaltung der technologischen Zukunft in einem Hightech-Umfeld sowie aktiver Beitrag zur digitalen Transformation und zur Sicherung der Wettbewerbsfähigkeit
Verantwortung für die Entwicklung, Implementierung und Anwendung von Datenanalyse-, Prozessoptimierungs- und Machine-Learning-Tools für komplexe und innovative Messsysteme
Erschließung und Anwendung neuer Methoden zur Auswertung großer Datensätze, einschließlich Bilddaten, in Zusammenarbeit mit einem funktionsübergreifenden und hochqualifizierten Algorithmus-Team
Weiterentwicklung und Umsetzung von Digitalisierungs- und KI-Initiativen – von der explorativen Datenanalyse über agentische KI-Systeme bis hin zu wartbaren, produktionsreifen und kundenorientierten Lösungen
Einsatz von Organisations- und Projektmanagementkompetenzen zur Unterstützung von Expertinnen und Experten bei der Erschließung neuer Machine-Learning-Möglichkeiten in EUV-Metrologie-Anwendungen
Das zeichnet Dich aus
Sehr erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium Physik (m/w/d), Mathematik, Informatik, Data Science oder vergleichbar; idealerweise mit Promotion
Mindestens drei Jahre Erfahrung mit einem Projektportfolio über alle Phasen von Data-Science-Projekten hinweg: von der Algorithmenentwicklung und statistischen Analyse bis zur Überführung von Modellen in die Produktion und deren kontinuierlicher Betreuung
Allgemeines technisches Verständnis und Erfahrung sowie intrinsisches Interesse an optischer Messtechnik und der Verarbeitung dabei anfallender Daten
Ein tiefes Verständnis von Datenanalyse, Machine Learning und den zugrunde liegenden Algorithmen
Ein fundierter Hintergrund in der Softwareentwicklung, einschließlich OOD-Prinzipien, testgetriebener Entwicklung, sehr guter Python-Kenntnisse sowie Vertrautheit mit agiler Softwareentwicklung, Git und Azure DevOps
Ausgeprägte Neugier und die Bereitschaft, sich intensiv in neue Themengebiete einzuarbeiten
Hohe Eigenmotivation, Selbstorganisation, ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität und Teamfähigkeit
Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (B2)
