Cloud Monitoring Manager (m/w/d) Wärmepumpe

Als Cloud Monitoring Manager (m/w/d) Wärmepumpe bist du die erste technische Instanz, wenn Anlagen nicht so funktionieren wie sie sollen. Die Störungsanalyse und Fehlerbehebung erfolgen dabei vollständig remote, über unsere eigenen sowie herstellereigene Cloud- und Monitoring-Plattformen, auf denen Anlagendaten in Echtzeit einlaufen (z. B. die Panasonic Aquarea Smart Cloud).
Deine Aufgaben:
Reaktiver Support: Bearbeitung eingehender App-Monitoring-Tickets, Kundenanfragen und Störungsmeldungen – schnell, kompetent und lösungsorientiert.
Technischer Support & Anlagensteuerung: Analyse von Kundenproblemen aus der Ferne, Vornahme von Anlageneinstellungen sowie Vorbereitung, Begleitung und Nachbereitung von Service-Einsätzen.
Problemlösung & Fehleranalyse: Entwicklung skalierbarer Lösungsansätze für wiederkehrende Störungsbilder – z. B. bei Warmwasser, Lautstärkebeschwerden oder mangelhafter Heizleistung.
Wissensmanagement: Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von Bedienungsanleitungen, FAQs sowie internen Wissensdatenbanken – damit technisches Know-how im Team zugänglich bleibt.
Dokumentation & Recherche: Recherche von Fachfragen, Normen und Wärmepumpenregelungen mit strukturierter Dokumentation für den internen Gebrauch.
Kapazitätsmanagement: Aktive Unterstützung beim Abfedern saisonaler Lastspitzen – gleichbleibend hohe Lösungsqualität auch in Hochphasen.
Dein Profil
Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung in Maschinenbau, Energietechnik, Gebäudetechnik, Elektrotechnik oder einem vergleichbaren technischen Fach.
Technisches Verständnis für Heizungsanlagen und Wärmepumpen.
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; Englisch von Vorteil.
Nice to have: Erfahrung im Monitoring von Photovoltaik-, Wärmepumpe- oder Elektroauto-Daten.

Technical Curiosity: Du willst verstehen, warum etwas nicht funktioniert, nicht nur wie man es behebt. Du gehst tiefer als nötig, liest dich ein und baust so ein Fachwissen auf, das dem gesamten Team zugutekommt.
