Als Legal Counsel / Contract Manager (m/w/d) im Energierecht begleitest du unsere Projekte rechtlich von Anfang bis Ende – von der Vertragsgestaltung mit Partnern bis zu Verhandlungen mit Banken. Mit deinem Fachwissen stellst du sicher, dass wir unsere Vorhaben rechtssicher und zukunftsfähig umsetzen.
Deine Aufgaben
- Bei internen Rechtsfragen bist du erste:r Ansprechpartner:in – lösungsorientiert und pragmatisch
- Du steuerst externe Kanzleien bei Spezialthemen und stellst sicher, dass juristische Expertise dort eingesetzt wird, wo sie den größten Mehrwert bietet.
- Du gestaltest und verhandelst Nutzungsverträge mit Landwirt:innen – von der ersten Abstimmung bis zur finalen Unterschrift.
- Als Legal Counsel im Energierecht sicherst du Stromlieferverträge mit Direktvermarkter:innen und Abnehmer:innen ab und bringst Verhandlungen souverän zum Abschluss.
- Du verhandelst Verträge und Rangrücktritte mit Banken, sorgst für rechtssichere Dienstbarkeiten und hältst dabei stets das große Ganze im Blick.
- Mit deinem Blick für Legal Compliance schaffst in einem innovativen Umfeld du Strukturen, die Wachstum ermöglichen und rechtliche Sicherheit geben.
Dein Profil
- Abgeschlossenes juristisches Studium (Volljurist:in, Wirtschaftsjurist:in o. ä.).
- Erste Berufserfahrung als Legal Counsel / Contract Manager (m/w/d) von Vorteil, idealerweise im Vertragsrecht, Energierecht oder Projektgeschäft.
- Sicher im Vertragsrecht und in Verhandlung – idealerweise im Energie- oder Infrastrukturbereich.
- Strukturierte, proaktive Arbeitsweise und hast Freude daran, Dinge aufzubauen und zu verbessern.
- Offenheit, dich schnell in neue Rechtsgebiete einzuarbeiten.
- Begeisterung für Nachhaltigkeit, Innovation und die Energiewende
- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

Dich erwartet ein Jahresgehalt von 60.000 bis 80.000 €, abhängig von deiner Erfahrung und Qualifikation. Die Position ist grundsätzlich remote ausgeschrieben, wobei eine Anstellung am Standort München bevorzugt wird.
