Deine Position
- Du erstellst und pflegst Wissensinhalte für unsere Conversational-AI-Lösungen und sorgst dafür, dass Informationen verständlich, aktuell und kundenorientiert aufbereitet sind
- Du gestaltest Serviceprozesse in unserer Conversational-AI-Plattform und modellierst Dialoge, Flows und Procedures, die unseren Kund:innen wirklich weiterhelfen
- Du testest Wissensinhalte und Gesprächsabläufe, hinterfragst bestehende Lösungen und bringst Ideen ein, wie wir unsere KI kontinuierlich besser machen können
- Gemeinsam mit unserem CORE-Team entwickelst du unsere Conversational-AI-Lösungen weiter und setzt Optimierungen in die Praxis um
- Du arbeitest eng mit unseren Fachabteilungen zusammen, nimmst Anforderungen auf und übersetzt sie in intelligente, nutzerfreundliche KI-Lösungen
Dein Profil
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium, z. B. in Kommunikationswissenschaft, Wirtschaftskommunikation, Medieninformatik, Marketing, Sozialwissenschaften oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
- Idealerweise hast du bereits erste praktische Erfahrungen gesammelt – zum Beispiel im Customer Service, Wissensmanagement, Marketing oder digitalen Produkten Künstliche Intelligenz fasziniert dich und du probierst neue Tools und Technologien gerne selbst aus
- Du hast Freude daran, komplexe Inhalte verständlich zu erklären und denkst dabei immer aus Sicht der Kund:innen
- Empathie, Kommunikationsstärke und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise gehören zu deinen Stärken
- Du arbeitest gerne mit unterschiedlichen Fachbereichen zusammen, bringst eigene Ideen ein und möchtest aktiv mitgestalten
